Duties and Responsibilities:

• To prevent contamination in the bakery department, it is vital to follow strict cleaning and sanitizing procedures for all surfaces and equipment, aimed at avoiding cross-contamination.
• Effective hand hygiene is vital, and you can achieve this by washing your hands thoroughly with soap and water before and after handling bakery wrappers.
• Prior to usage, ensure that the wrapping is free of pollutants or irregularities by conducting a quality evaluation.
• Proper hygiene is critical when wrapping bakery items. Use gloves and utensils to minimize contact and package baked goods while maintaining cleanliness.
• Bakery items must be stored and showcased in a pristine and sterile environment to preserve their quality and freshness.
• The consistency of inspections is crucial in maintaining compliance with sanitation standards and regulations.
• Places, weighs, seals, and markets baked goods.
• Replaces used supplies and ingredients to maintain a fully stocked inventory.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of bakery premises, apparatus, and instruments is essential.
